About Us
Lea Allen, PLA
Lea is a licensed landscape architect with over 15 years of professional experience. She graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelors of science in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Environmental Horticulture. During her schooling she started NeoTeric Design Group, and began designing and installing residential projects to gain experience in design and construction. Upon graduation, Lea was hired as a landscape designer at a mid-size Landscape Architecture and Planning firm specializing in public sector projects such as city parks, plazas and streetscapes as well as university campus design, hospitals and master planned housing communities. Lea has worked on everything from custom healing gardens to large-scale regional parks.

In 2012, after the birth of her first child, Lea decided to stay home and began taking on residential and commercial designs from her home office as NeoTeric Design Group. She enjoyed the flexibility, creativity and freedom with her work as well as the one-on-one relationships with her clients. Over the years, Lea has completed many exciting projects from whimsical playscapes and tranquil retreats to modern and contemporary entertaining areas. Her vast knowledge of plant palettes, love for design and construction experience has made NeoTeric Design Group a trusted name in Landscape Architecture services.
