Initial meeting to discuss design goals and ideas, challenges and budget.

Site visit to conduct analysis of existing conditions including sun/shade patters, irrigation and site features. Site measurements to create a base map.

A concept plan(s) is created to show design intent, plant palette ideas, material options and overall design.

Meeting with client to present concept plan(s). Consolidated adjustments are documented and discussed.

Final Landscape Plan including all design features such as hardscape, lighting, irrigation intent, material selections as well as planting plan complete with species callouts.

Final Landscape Plan is used to obtain bids by licensed landscape contractors. Assistance in meeting coordination and any plan clarification.
